- Duration: This is a personalized 10-week program.
- Sessions: We’ll have weekly 60-minute one-on-one sessions.
- Time Outside Sessions: You may have gentle exercises or reflections to explore between sessions, tailored to fit into your life without overwhelming you.
- Personal Commitment: Openness to self-exploration and a willingness to engage thoughtfully in the process. I’ll support you every step of the way, ensuring the journey feels manageable and aligned with your needs.
Group Coaching Cohort: Recalibrate Together
- Duration: A supportive 6-week group program.
- Sessions: Weekly 75-minute group sessions.
- Time Outside Sessions: Optional community check-ins and light reflections to deepen your experience.
- Personal Commitment: Being present during sessions and a willingness to share and support others in a compassionate environment.
Gentle Reconnection (Free Group Program)
- Duration: A nurturing 12-week journey offered twice a year.
- Sessions: Monthly group calls and weekly virtual discussions.
- Time Outside Sessions: Flexible participation—you can engage as much or as little as feels right for you.
